Things to do before your big day

When your wedding is around the corner, it means that you need to step up your beauty routine. We are handing you down few of the beauty tips so, you can look stunning on your wedding day.

1. YOGA:

Your wedding day is around the corner that means a lot of stress will be building up inside you. It’s okay, it’s okay, and we all get cold feet. In order to make yourself de-stressed try doing some yoga, every day. Yoga helps you to calm your mind and while you are relaxing your body you are working out in a way as well. Try doing some cobra and cat-cows just to stretch those abs.

2. KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED:

Drink a lot of water, by a lot we mean A LOT. Water hydrates and freshens up your skin. It also reduces the growth of acne and pimples. Instead of looking all drained and washed out, you will look like Ariel from the little mermaid with your flawless skin on your wedding.

3. DRINK JUICES:

Drink fresh fruit juices so that your body gets all the vital vitamins and your skin looks full of color.

Tip: in order to get those rosy cheeks, drink pomegranate juice. It has certain nutrients which cleanses your blood.

4. SCHEDULE MANICURES AND PEDICURES:

A lot of people tend to focus on their face and forget about their hands and feet. Just a fair reminder, people DO notice your hands and feet. Schedule weekly manicures to primp those nails, hands and toes.

5. EAT HEALTHIER:

Try to stay away from junk and fried food and tend to eat healthier. Junk and friend foods have the tendency to cause acne. Nobody wants to have acne filled skin on their big day! While craving for some snacks go for fresh fruits. Supply that body with the vitamins it need.

6. FIXING YOUR FACE AND HAIR:

This involves getting your face thread, eyebrows shaped, lips exfoliated, skin exfoliated and cleansed. Retouch the color on your hair roots, get your hair trimmed and oil your hair so you have luscious locks on your wedding day.
